When I was first introduced to Pose, a Pinterest-meets-lookbook blogger paradise, I was hooked. The site helps you follow the personal styles of your favorite fashion bloggers, celebrities and friends with dangerously simple click-to-buy functionality. Glamour calls it “a chic and orderly catalog of your real-world shopping wishlist.” I call it addictive. Needless to say, I was thrilled to spend a morning with Pose’s cofounder Alisa Gould-Simon, picking her brain for everything from beauty tips to career advice.
Alisa is an open book on the fashion industry, knowledgeable as a businesswoman, blogger, writer and editor, and consultant. She’s effortlessly cool with a unique taste for both vintage finds and Zara steals. She’s also genuinely kind and easy to talk to, which made it that much more enjoyable to uncover her favorite picks of the season.
