The past few weeks I’ve spent in the “city of lights” have been an incredible educational and cultural experience. I was so happy to be accepted to a program at IFM, Institut Français de la Mode, where I met an energetic group of international fashion students as enthused as I am about style and design. As the only American in the group, classes were a reminder of how necessary it is to create a diverse mix of perspectives and backgrounds. Aside from class, Paris was a blur of multicolored macarons, rainy downpours and afternoons spent sipping chocolat chaud while lusting after every Celine window. My “Bonjour, Paris” Pinterest board only brings back these memories! Back in LA now, I can’t wait to put the knowledge I learned at IFM to use (and the street style tips I picked up along the way) and share it with all of you.
