I should have worn this on Valentine’s Day! I’m so into matching top-and-bottom outfits right now, whether a printed top and pant or a crop top and skirt. The combination is an easy way to look put together with minimal effort and tons of color. This top shows just a sliver of skin over the high waisted skirt – a flirty alternative to a dress while still a bit covered up.
